Change Places

Usually, photography transfers the seen onto something two-dimensional. With the chair concept, I twisted the process. First, meat and cabbage were photographed in high resolution, printed on fabric and then transferred onto the chairs. Meat meets vegetables. The chairs backs and legs were painted in the respective other color – representing the different positions of meat consumption and veganism. Everyone chooses their place and is also prepared to swap places in order to listen to the other side. In order to achieve a reduction in meat consumption, it is necessary to work together instead of condemning or lecturing.
